The *tentative* 2024 Practice Schedule has been included below.  This schedule is still subject to change based on numbers in each age group.  

The first day of practice is Monday, April 22nd.  Practices are Monday-Friday, with noted exceptions below related to meets.

All practice times are subject to change.

April 22nd - May 23rd  (Monday- Friday)

4:00 -- 4:30pm- 7/8's

4:30 -- 5:15pm- 9/10's

5:15 -- 6:00pm - 11/12s

6:00 -- 6:30pm- 6 & Unders

6:30 -- 7:30pm -13 & Ups

Time Trials/Swim Across the Pool Day - May 20th -all swimmers need to be present

May 24th - End of Season* (Monday - Friday)

6:45 - 7:45AM -13 & Up

7:45 - 8:15AM - 6 & Under

8:15 – 8:45AM - 7/8's

8:45 - 9:15AM – 9/10’s

9:15 - 10:00AM – 11/12’s

*Practices on the day of a meet will be light and may not run the full time allotted.  Coach will communicate changes to practice times. There will be no practice on the morning following a meet.

May 31, 2024 - LMF Stars @ Firethorne, 6:00pm

June 3, 2024 - Cross Creek Krakens @LMF Stars, 6:00pm

June 10, 2024 - Greatwood Gators @ LMF Stars, 6:00pm

June 17, 2024 - LMF Stars @ Pine Mill Ranch, 6:00pm

Post Season (qualified swimmers): (will update when we have info)

June 22, 2024 - Meet of Champs, 8:30am

June 29, 2024 - All Stars Meet, 5pm

Swimmers are NOT allowed to wear technical swim suits at the Meet of Champions and All Star Meet. 

Meet of Champs (MOC)

To be eligible to compete in the MOC for a team’s given division, a swimmer must have competed in a minimum of two (2) regularly scheduled League dual meets. To be eligible to compete in a relay event at MOC, a swimmer must be competing in an individual event at such MOC.

The events will be the same as the events swum at dual meets. Each team will be allowed two (2) entries per relay event, eight (8) entries per freestyle event, four (4) entries per back, breast, and butterfly event, and three (3) entries per I.M. event.  These entries will be done by the Coaches and parents will be notified accordingly.  

WHALe All Stars MEET (ASM)

All Stars Meet Qualifiers from Meets of Champs will include:

1. The fastest (1) swimmer in each division in free, back, breast, butterfly, and I.M., who shall automatically advance to ASM. 
2. Additional at large entries will be added from the remaining fastest times from any division sufficient to reach 24 entries for freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly and 16 entries for I.M.
