2026 Practice Schedule
The first day of practice is Monday, April 27th. Practices are Monday-Friday, with noted exceptions below related to meets.
*We understand during school that a child may not make every practice due to other obligations. Come to all the practices you can, but there is no penalty if you must miss.
April 27th - May 26th (Monday- Friday)
4:30 -- 5:00pm- 7/8's
5:00 -- 5:45pm- 9/10's
5:45 -- 6:30pm - 11/12s
6:30 -- 7:00pm- 6 & Under
7:00 -- 8:00pm -13 & Up
Time Trials/Mock Meet - May 18th -all swimmers need to be present. No practice on Memorial Day, May 25th
May 27th - End of Season* (Monday - Friday)
6:45 - 7:45AM -13 & Up
7:45 - 8:15AM - 6 & Under
8:15 – 8:45AM - 7/8's
8:45 - 9:15AM – 9/10’s
9:15 - 10:00AM – 11/12’s
*Practices on the day of a meet will be light and may not run the full time allotted. Coach will communicate changes to practice times. There will be no practice on the morning following a meet.

Meet of Champions
Swimmers are NOT allowed to wear technical swim suits at the Meet of Champions or All Stars.
Meet of Champs (MOC) will be June 27, 2026
To be eligible to compete in the MOC for a team’s given division, a swimmer must have competed in a minimum of two (2) regularly scheduled League dual meets. To be eligible to compete in a relay event at MOC, a swimmer must be competing in an individual event at such MOC.
The events will be the same as the events swum at dual meets. Each team will be allowed two (2) entries per relay event, eight (8) entries per freestyle event, four (4) entries per back, breast, and butterfly event, and three (3) entries per I.M. event. These entries will be done by the Coaches and parents will be notified accordingly.
All Stars Meet (ASM) will likely be June 30, 2026
Swimmers qualify for ASM through the official result times at MOC as follows:
1. The fastest swimmer in each division in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, and IM advance automatically.
2. Additional at large entries will be added from the remaining fastest times from any division, sufficient to reach 24 entries for each stroke, except IM, which is 16 entries.
*If your child competes in MOC and advances to ASM, they are expected to compete. If for some reason this is not possible, please discuss with the coaches as soon as possible.*
